Instructions for deleting your account and associated data

You can request the deletion of your lango.sh account and all associated personal data directly from within the mobile app.

How to delete your account

To permanently delete your account, follow these steps inside the lango.sh app:

1. Open the app and navigate to your Profile.
2. Tap on Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap the Delete account button.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account, practice history, and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Need help or partial data deletion?

If you no longer have access to the app, need assistance with your full data deletion request, or would like to request that only some of your data be deleted without deleting your account, please contact us at support@lango.sh and we will be happy to assist you.
